This is a really easy lunch. My kids love this pizza, I love that it only takes a few minutes to make and a few minutes more to cook. So much healthy and cheaper than takeout.
Lay your flatbread on the air fryer tray. If you are using a basket, just cut the flatbread so it fits.
Then spread the shredded Basil on top, followed by the diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese,
Drizzle the olive oil on top.
Set in the air fryer basket or oven, and set the temperature to 350 degree F (air fryer setting) for 8 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
