Air Fryer, Juicy Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This is a really easy air fryer meal. This would be a really easy meal to make KETO just change out the panko for KETO panko and substitute the mayo for KETO friendly mayo, and you have a great and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 8 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Start by drying off the chicken, with a paper towel.

  2. Then spread mayonnaise all over the chicken, both back and front.

  3. Then in a small bowl, mix together the panko, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken, and then place on either a greased air fryer basket or tray (both sprayed with olive oil)

  4. Then this is the most important part when you are making anything with breading. GENEROUSLY Coat the chicken with olive oil (spray the EVOO directly on the coating, so it's fully covered)

  5. Place in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F (air fryer setting)

  6. Then spray again GENEROUSLY with EVOO and air fry for another 3 minutes.

  7. Plate, serve and enjoy!
