Air Fryer, Easy Air Fried Baked Pancakes

These are so easy, one loaf and you are done. They are so easy. You can make these and reheat them in either the air fryer or microwave. My kids love cutting off a square, while they run out the door.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract


  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix well, until everything is well blended.

  3. Then spray your air fryer safe pan (see my suggestions) with olive oil.

  4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

  5. Set in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.

  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
