Air Fryer, Mashed Potatoes

Description

These were so easy to make, and the air fryer made them a hands-off dish.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds baking potatoes (small to medium)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 stalks fresh chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by placing your potatoes into a foil packet, Layout your foil, then place the potatoes in them.
  • Place in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Check after 25 minutes to see if they are fork-tender, the actual time will depend on the type of air fryer you have and how big your potatoes are.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes.
  • Place the mashed potatoes into a mixing bowl.
  • Add your cream cheese and butter.
  • Add the chives and continue to mix, I kept on mixing until the potatoes were mashed and the cream cheese and butter were mixed in.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
