These were so easy to make, and the air fryer made them a hands-off dish.
Ingredients
2poundsbaking potatoes (small to medium)
2tablespoonsbutter
1/4cupcream cheese
2stalksfresh chives
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by placing your potatoes into a foil packet, Layout your foil, then place the potatoes in them.
Place in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Check after 25 minutes to see if they are fork-tender, the actual time will depend on the type of air fryer you have and how big your potatoes are.
Using a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes.
Place the mashed potatoes into a mixing bowl.
Add your cream cheese and butter.
Add the chives and continue to mix, I kept on mixing until the potatoes were mashed and the cream cheese and butter were mixed in.
