Air Fryer, Oatmeal-Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Light and fluffy, nothing like homemade oatmeal chocolate chip raisin cookies. Making cookies in the air fryer is easy, whether you use a package mix, refrigerator dough or homemade cookies. They are fresh, light and delicious.

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup uncooked quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Start by mixing the butter, with the sugar and brown sugar. until fluffy. Then beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix in the flour, baking soda, oats, salt and mix well.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins. Mix well.

  4. Using an ice cream scooper or a tablespoon, place a tablespoon or so, onto a greased air fryer pan (see my blog post for how to make these in a basket)

  5. Set in about the middle of the oven and set the timer for 4 minutes at 320 degrees F.

  6. Remove to let cool (they will harden as they cool)

  7. Plate, serve and enjoy!
