Air Fryer Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Potato Wedges

These are a staple in our household, we always alter our spices but the easy side dish is one of the reasons, I love my air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick's Chiptole and Roasted Garlic Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your potatoes up into wedges, cut hem in half and then make 3 slices per half.

  2. As you cut the wedges, place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Pour the olive in the mixing bowl. Mix with your hands or a large spoon to coat them.

  4. Add the spices and mix again to coat the wedges.

  5. Place them in the air fryer tray or basket and make sure they are not crowded.  Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes either shake the basket (air fryer basket) or use tongs to toss them, and add another 5 minutes.

  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
