Air Fryer, Air Fried, Chicken Breast With Homemade Chicken Seasoning

Juicy and delicious chicken breast, boneless chicken breast, with a homemade chicken rub. This is a perfect meal.

Servings 2 chicken breasts


  • 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley


  1. Start by mixing all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Then rub it on the chicken breasts, both sides.

  3. Spray with olive oil and then set in the iar fryer for 7 minutes at 370 degrees F, then flip for another 7 minutes and spray again, 

  4. check the internal temperature, once it reaches 165 degrees F remove, otherwise add a few more minutes (NEVER eat raw chicken)

  5. Once it's cooked, allow about 5 minutes for the juices to settle, then cut. (or serve whole)

  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
