Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex Plus, Crispy Garlic Baked Potato Wedges

A great and easy side dish, this is a winner with the kids, just serve alongside a plate of ketchup, they will be gone in no time.

  • 6 large Russett Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2/3 cups grated Parmesan


  1. Start by cutting your potatoes into wedges, cut them in half and then in half again, and then in half again.

  2. Then mix in the olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, smoked paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  3. Use your hands and really mix well.

  4. Spray your air fryer basket, or tray with olive oil spray. Then place in your air fryer basket or air fryer tray and set the temperature to 400 degrees for 7 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 5 minutes. 

    They are done, when they are fork-tender.

  5. Plate, serve and enjoy!
