Description

These Breakfast Sliders are packed with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese, making them an ideal grab-and-go meal.

Ingredients 

  • 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 8-10 large eggs, scrambled
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 6 breakfast sausage patties
  • 1/4 cup butter, butter, melted
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Slice the entire pack of dinner rolls in half and place the bottom portion on a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Cover the bottom half of the dinner rolls with cheddar cheese.
  • Next, layer the scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and pepper jack cheese on top followed by the top portion of the dinner rolls.
  • In a small bowl combine the melted butter and maple syrup.
  • Pour the mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, making sure cheese has melted.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
