  • 12 Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Frozen
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure it's hot and ready for cooking.
  • Place the frozen bacon-wrapped scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other to allow for proper air circulation and even cooking.
  • Air Fry the scallops in the preheated air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Adjust the cooking time as needed depending on the thickness of the bacon and the size of the scallops.
  • The bacon-wrapped scallops are done when the bacon is crispy and golden brown, and the scallops are cooked through and opaque. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the scallops reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
