Description

Looking for a quick and delicious snack or meal option that's sure to impress? Try making Air Fryer Bibigo Mandu Dumplings! These Korean-style dumplings are packed with savory flavors and can be prepared in just minutes using your air fryer, giving them a perfect, crispy texture without the hassle of deep frying.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Frozen Mandu Dumplings, any filling

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Allow it to preheat for about 3-5 minutes. This ensures the dumplings will start cooking immediately and get a nice crisp exterior.
  • If you like, you can lightly spray or brush the dumplings with oil. This helps enhance the crispiness, but it is optional since the dumplings already contain some fat.
  • Place the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching to allow air to circulate freely around each dumpling, which helps them cook evenly and become crispy.
  • Cook the dumplings for about 8-10 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or use tongs to turn the dumplings to ensure they brown evenly on all sides.
  • The dumplings are done when they have turned golden brown and crispy. If needed, they can cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Serve the air-fried dumplings hot. They pair wonderfully with a dipping sauce such as soy sauce mixed with a little sesame oil and rice vinegar, or a spicy dipping sauce like sriracha mixed with soy sauce.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
