Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro Peanuts -- Looking for a quick snack that the whole family will love? Today, we roasted some peanuts in our Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro, and the results were excellent!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds Raw Peanuts, in Shell
  • ¼ cups Salt
  • 6 cups Water, adjust to recipe

Instructions

  • Rinse the raw peanuts under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. For best results, let soak for 20-30 minutes before draining. Place the rinsed peanuts in the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Pro pot.
  • Add enough water to cover the peanuts by at least 2 inches. Sprinkle salt into the pot according to your taste preference. Start with about 1/4 cup of salt for every gallon of water.
  • Close the lid of the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Pro and set it on high for 7 1/2 hours. Open the lid carefully and test the peanuts for doneness. They should be soft and fully cooked. If they are not done to your liking, you can continue cooking them for additional time.
  • Once the peanuts are cooked to your desired texture, drain them from the cooking liquid and serve hot or allow them to cool before enjoying.
