Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex, Firecracker Chicken


  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teapoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup bufalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds


  1. Start by seasoning your chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Cut your chicken into 1 piece cubes, and coat them with cornstarch.

  3. Then dip the chicken into the egg.

  4. Then place it on the air fryer pan, coat with olive oil.

  5. Air Fry 370 degrees for

  6. 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together the buffalo hot sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar, mix well.

  8. Soak your chicken into the sauce, and put it back on the air fry tray or basket.

  9. Place the pan and broil for about 3 minutes.

  10. Pour over the rice (if you deserve), garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

  11. Plate, serve and enjoy!!
