Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Transfer the hummus to a small oven-safe dish or ramekin, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Place the dish in the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer using oven mitts.
Drizzle the top of the hummus with extra olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm with your choice of dippers.
