Start by slicing the chicken into small strips., the onions, peppers, place in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Add all of the ingredients into the air fryer basket. Try to make it a single layer, so it all cooks at the same time.
Set your temperature to 400 degrees F, and the time for 7 minutes
After 7 minutes, shake the basket, and toss the peppers, with tongs. Add another 7 minutes.
After the additional 7 minutes, place the chicken sausages directly on top of the peppers and set the time for another 5 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy! (I used a sub roll if you are gluten-free or KETO just cut the sausage up and serve with the peppers and onions)
