Description

Burger King Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissan’wich -- Introducing the mouthwatering delight that's a perfect start to your day – the Burger King Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissan'wich!

Ingredients 

  • 2 Croissants
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheese, American cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon butter, for frying pan

Instructions

  • Place the sausage patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through or until fully cooked.
  • In a non-stick skillet, melt a small amount of butter or oil over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still slightly runny (or to your desired doneness). If you prefer a fully set yolk, you can flip the egg to cook both sides.
  • Slice the croissants in half.
  • Place them in the air fryer, cut side up, and toast at 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes or until they're lightly golden.
  • Start with the bottom half of the toasted croissant.
  • Place a cheese slice, followed by the sausage patty.
  • Gently lay the cooked egg on top of the sausage.
  • Complete the sandwich with the top half of the croissant.
  • Serve your Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissan’wich hot, preferably with a side of hash browns or your favorite morning beverage.
