  • 2 bell peppers, 1 red, 1 green, sliced into strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers and onions.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional herbs. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly.
  • Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
