Description

McDonald’s Breakfast Sauce Recipe --  Good morning, food enthusiasts and fast-food connoisseurs!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce, e.g., A1 Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and steak sauce. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the Spices: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the mixture. Stir these in until they are thoroughly distributed throughout the sauce.
  • Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper according to your preference. Remember, a little goes a long way, so it’s better to start with a small amount and adjust as needed.
  • Refrigerate: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least an hour before using. This chilling time allows the flavors to meld together and intensify.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Use the sauce on your favorite breakfast sandwiches, burgers, or as a dipping sauce. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of breakfast items and adds a delicious McDonald’s twist to your homemade dishes.
  • Storage: Store any leftover sauce in the refrigerator, tightly covered or in an airtight container. It should keep well for up to a week.

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
