Start by placing the butter into the Instant Pot.
Press the saute button
Pour the orzo into the Instant Pot Bowl, and saute for a couple of minutes. You are just looking for the orzo to slightly brown.
After about 2 minutes, pour the rice into the pot, then pour the water, stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika in, and mix well.
Place your lid on the Instant Pot, making sure that the vent is on sealed. And set the manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
Once the rice has been cooked, allow a natural release, before moving the lid, Remember never force a lid off any pressure cooker or Instant Pot.
Remove the lid, which should easily come off if the pressure is completely let down. Mix in the dried parsley.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
