Air Fryer, Air Fryer -Three Ingredient Homemade Blueberry Bagels


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek blueberry yogurt
  • 1 large egg white


  1. Start by mixing together the flour, baking powder, salt and then mix in the yogurt.

  2. Mix in the Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. Place your dough onto a floured surface.

  4. Take a piece of the dough and create a long rope, you should be able to get 4 bagels out of the dough.

  5. Spray your basket with olive oil.

  6. As you make circles with your dough, add them to the air fryer basket.  In a small bowl, break the egg white and brush it on the bagel.

  7. Set your temperature to 280 degrees F, for 5 minutes.

  8. When the time is up, check and make sure that the bagels are fully cooked, if not add another 2 minutes.

  9. Plate, serve and enjoy!
