Start by adding the vegetable broth, water, olive oil, lime juice, mix well.

Place the lid onto the Instant Pot, making sure that the vent is sealed.
Set the rice button for 12 minutes. When the time is up, let it naturally release.
Meanwhile, cut up your cilantro and zest your lime.
When the pressure is completely let down, and you can easily remove the lid, remove it, mix in the cilantro and lime zest.
