Ingredients

soy sauce

vegetable oil

brown sugar

dry sherry

rice vinegar

minced garlic

fresh grated ginger
salt & pepper to taste

pork tenderloin
Instructions
Start by making the sauce, add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
Mix well.
Add your pork tenderloin, cover, and marinate for at least 2 hours, but best results, overnight.
Preheat your air fryer by setting it for 5 minutes, at 400 degrees F. (air fryer setting)
Add your pork tenderloin set timer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let rest before cutting.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
