Description

Air Fryer Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin is a straightforward recipe, but the slow-roasted flavor you get by cooking it in the air fryer is AMAZING!

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin

Instructions

  • Start by making the sauce, add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  • Mix well.
  • Add your pork tenderloin, cover, and marinate for at least 2 hours, but best results, overnight.
  • Preheat your air fryer by setting it for 5 minutes, at 400 degrees F. (air fryer setting)
  • Add your pork tenderloin set timer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Let rest before cutting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
