Description

Air Fryer Pecan Monkey Bread is a perfect breakfast treat for the entire family. This is such an easy and simple breakfast to make, an easy and delicious breakfast made with the air fryer’s help.

Ingredients 

  • 24 ounces yeast dinner rolls, frozen
  • 3/4 cup butter, (1½ sticks) divided
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Evenly distribute the chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
  • Melt ½ cup butter (1 stick) in a pan or microwave. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Add a frozen roll in the bowl of melted butter and cover thoroughly, then coat evenly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Put the coated bread roll in the bottom of a greased Bundt pan and repeat until the pan’s bottom is covered in a single layer of coated rolls.
  • Sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar if desired, then repeat the previous steps with the remaining bread rolls. 
  • Cover the bundt pan with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let rise until the rolls have doubled in size. This could take up to four hours.
  • When the rolls have risen, top with more cinnamon and sugar if desired. Melt the remaining ¼ cup (half stick) of butter in a pan or microwave and combine with brown sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the bread.
  • Place the pan into the air fryer, and cook for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove the bread from the Bundt pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
