Homemade Balsamic Glaze -- The perfect condiment for any meal, the balsamic glaze is made from a simple vinegar recipe and sugar. Ingredients 

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced garlic (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour the balsamic vinegar into a saucepan and add the honey or sugar. Mix in the minced garlic.
  • Pour over medium-low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes until it thickens, often stirring to make sure nothing burns at its bottom.
