Start by cleaning your chicken breasts, by removing the white (fat) part of the chicken.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large bowl, large enough to fit your chicken breasts in, so you can soak them.
After you soak the chicken breasts, (shake them to get the excess butter off) place the covered chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag filled with Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour.
As you coat them, add them to your air fryer basket.
If you do not want white spots (a common question in our air fryer group), spray with olive oil sprayer, completely, until they are completely covered with olive oil.
Set your temperature to 370 degrees F.
Set the time for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken. (The exact cooking time will depend on how thick your chicken breasts are)
I had thick ones, so I flipped and added about 6 minutes.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken, which should be 165 degrees. F.
Once fully cooked, plate, serve and enjoy!
