Air Fryer-Air Fried-Homemade Cinnamon and Raisin Toast

This easy and quick breakfast is perfect for back to school, or those busy days, when you just don't have time to stop at the drive-thru on the way to work.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons raisins

Instructions

  1. Start by softening the butter, either leave it out for about 30 minutes or use the microwave for about 10 seconds, until it just gets softened to mix, you do not want it melted.

  2. Then mix in the sugar.

  3. Then mix in the ground cinnamon.

  4. Then mix in the vanilla extract.

  5. Mix in the raisins.

  6. Mix well, until it's all well combined.

  7. Lay out the bread

  8. Then spread the cinnamon mixture on the bread, making sure it's all covered.

  9. Set the toast in your air fryer basket.

  10. Set the temperature for 400 degrees F.

  11. Set the time for 5 minutes.

  12. Then remove them from the air fryer basket. Let cool for a few minutes and then cut in half.

  13. Plate, serve and enjoy!
