Description

This is such an easy breakfast, Air Fryer Cheesy Egg Mug Omelet. Today, I just added some cheese, but you can add anything you want. This makes the perfect breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon scallions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the melted butter, scallions, thyme, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased mug or ramekin.
  • Set the ramekin/mug into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the time for 5 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Check and make sure your eggs are set before removing them.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
