Description

Are you looking for a savory, indulgent treat that's quick to make without breaking the bank? The Air Fryer Crack Bread is perfect!

Ingredients 

  • 1 loaf Bread
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted, melted
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cut The Bread Slice your bread with a sharp, serrated knife for the perfect 1" thick slices. Cut just shy of all the way through and turn it 90 degrees to create an even grid - you'll have stuffed bread in no time!
  • In a small bowl, paper the garlic butter, add the melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder, and then mix well. Brush the garlic butter over it, allowing it to spread into the cracks of the bread.
  • Add the shredded cheese to all of the spaces in your bread.  
  • Place the bread on a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil, then brush more of the garlic butter over it, allowing it to spread into the cracks of the bread. Place the entire bread into the air fryer basket and set the cooking time for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees F using the air fryer setting. Remove when golden brown. ​
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs.
