Air Fried-Air Fryer-Classic Rack of Lamb (Herbs)

  • 1 rack of lamb
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Start by making your mixture of herbs, mix in a small bowl, the rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

    Combine well.

  2. Then rub the mixture all over the lamb.

  3. Place the rack of lamb into the air fryer.

Note: Depending on how big your air fryer is, you may have to remove a rib, to make it work.

  4. Set the temperature to 360 degrees F, for 10 minutes.

  5. After 10 minutes, measure your internal temperature of the rack of lamb by using the method above.

If you want rare it would be 145 degrees F.

If you want medium it would be 160 degrees F.

If you want well done, it would be 170 degrees F.

Note: The USDA does recommend cooking all lamb products to 160 degrees F.

  6. Then remove, plate and serve.
