Description

Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes makes for an amazing and delicious dessert. Made in the air fryer, this chocolate cake will not disappoint you.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  • Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Then mix in the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water, mixing well.
  • Generously spray your bundt pan with olive oil (be sure to get into the corners, where it usually sticks). Fill your bundt pan with the prepared batter, and set in the air fryer at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12 to 15 minutes. Or until the toothpick that you stick in the middle of the Bundt Cake comes out clean.
  • Let cool before icing (if desired)
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
