Description

Air Fryer Bison Steak Medallions are so amazing in the Air Fryer! If you are looking for the perfect way to cook a bison steak, burger, or steak medallion, head to the Air Fryer for perfectly cooked bison!

Ingredients 

  • 2 Bison Medallions , or Bison Steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspooon black pepper

Optional: Seasonings or fresh herbs

    Instructions

    • Start by placing your steak at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    • Then turn on your air fryer, and preheat for about 5 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for at least 5 minutes. Or whatever your air fryer manual recommends.
    • Rub the olive oil or butter all over the Bison, and season with salt, black pepper, and your seasonings.
    • Set the steaks in the air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process. Remove when the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
    • Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
