Ingredients
2Bison Medallions , or Bison Steaks
2tablespoonsolive oil, or melted butter
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspooonblack pepper
Optional: Seasonings or fresh herbs
Instructions
Start by placing your steak at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Then turn on your air fryer, and preheat for about 5 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for at least 5 minutes. Or whatever your air fryer manual recommends.
Rub the olive oil or butter all over the Bison, and season with salt, black pepper, and your seasonings.
Set the steaks in the air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process. Remove when the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
