Air Fryer Cranberry and Walnut Bundt Cake is a great and easy breakfast recipe. It's one of my favorites, and it's light, tender, and fluffy. There is nothing better for breakfast than a piece of cake!
Ingredients
3/4cupbutter, room temperature
1 1/4cupgranulated sugar
2largeeggs
1 cupall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2cupwalnuts, diced
2cupcranberries, diced, fresh or dried
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Fold in the eggs, mix well.
Mix in the flour and baking powder, mix well.
Fold in the diced walnuts and cranberries
Spray your bundt pan generously with olive oil or cooking spray.
Pour the prepared batter into the prepared pan.
Set in the air fryer and set the temperature to 330 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. (air fryer setting)
Check and make sure the cake is fully cooked. The exact time will depend on your air fryer and the pan you use.
