Description

Air Fryer Cranberry and Walnut Bundt Cake is a great and easy breakfast recipe. It's one of my favorites, and it's light, tender, and fluffy. There is nothing better for breakfast than a piece of cake!

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, diced
  • 2 cup cranberries, diced, fresh or dried

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Fold in the eggs, mix well.
  • Mix in the flour and baking powder, mix well.
  • Fold in the diced walnuts and cranberries
  • Spray your bundt pan generously with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Pour the prepared batter into the prepared pan.
  • Set in the air fryer and set the temperature to 330 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Check and make sure the cake is fully cooked. The exact time will depend on your air fryer and the pan you use.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
