Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (165°C). Spread the coconut flakes or shreds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Place the basket in the air fryer and roast the coconut for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket every 1-2 minutes to ensure even toasting. Check the coconut flakes or shreds frequently to prevent burning. The coconut should turn a light golden brown color when it's toasted.
