Description

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by getting your steak at room temperature, and this will help the steak cook more evenly and give you a better and juicier cooked steak.
  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Rub the steak with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add the Parmesan. You want to cover it all, so if you need more than the 2-3 tablespoons, add more.
  • Set the steaks in the air fryer for 6 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 6 minutes.
  • When the steak is fully cooked, let it rest at room temperature for about 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
