Air Fryer Homemade Chocolate Bundt Cake is an amazing dessert that the entire family loved!
Ingredients
CHOCOLATE CAKE:
2cupssugar
2largeeggs
1 3/4cupsall-purpose flour
3/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1cupbuttermilk
1/2cupvegetable oil
2teaspoonspure vanilla
1cupboiling water
1teaspoonsalt
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1/2cupbutter
2/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder
3cupspowdered sugar
1/3cupmilk
2teaspoonspure vanilla
Instructions
Start by creaming the eggs and sugar together. Then mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, oil, vanilla extract, and hot water.
Mix well.
Then grease your bundt cake pan, be certain to grease the edges really well. (I used olive oil, but feel free to use non-stick cooking spray)
Set in the air fryer (air fryer setting) at 320 degrees F for 12 minutes.
Check and make sure that It is completely cooked; otherwise, add a few minutes.
Let cool. Once it’s completely cool, make the frosting and frost.
TO MAKE THE FROSTING:
In a small bowl, blend the butter, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Ensure that it is well blended, and then add the milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
