Start by thawing your pie crust, for about 10 minutes by just leaving it on the counter.
For a crispier pie crust, prebake the pie crust in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 250 degrees F or until golden brown.
Then add 1/2 the shredded cheese (so 4 ounces), all of the shredded Parmesan and Mozzarella.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, and milk.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the cheese.
Set in the air fryer, basket, or tray, and set the temperature to 300 degrees F for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, add the rest of the shredded cheese on top, and set the air fryer for another 5 minutes. At this point, depending on which air fryer you own, the center should be set.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
