Air Fryer Lemon Bundt Cake

Description

This is an easy and fast way to get a fancy dessert in a matter of minutes. Today I used a boxed cake mix, but you can check out my homemade, under-baked goods.

Ingredients 

Lemon Bundt Cake:

  • 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons instant lemon pudding
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons lemon extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons lemon zest

Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the cake mix, flour, sugar, and lemon pudding, mix well.  Then add the eggs, water, sour cream, lemon extract, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well. 
  • Spray your Bundt Cake pan with cooking spray and/or flour. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 3/4 way full.  
  • Set the Bundt Cake pan into the air fryer and air fry for 15-25 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, or until you place a toothpick into the center of the ake, and it comes out clean.
  • Let cool before icing. To ice, the cake mixes the powdered sugar and milk until it’s at the correct consistency, and then pour over the lemon cake.Plate, serve, and enjoy!
