Start by mixing the cake mix, flour, sugar, and lemon pudding, mix well. Then add the eggs, water, sour cream, lemon extract, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well.
Spray your Bundt Cake pan with cooking spray and/or flour. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 3/4 way full.
Set the Bundt Cake pan into the air fryer and air fry for 15-25 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, or until you place a toothpick into the center of the ake, and it comes out clean.
