Ingredients 

  • 30 ounces chickpeas, cooked or canned
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Start by draining your can of chickpeas and then use a kitchen towel and dry the chickpeas.
  • Add the dried chickpeas to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Pour in your olive oil and seasonings.
  • Add your chickpeas to the air fryer basket or spread them over the air fryer tray. Spread them out so that they are in a single layer, as they will cook more evenly.
  • Set the timer for 12 minutes, at 375 degrees F, air fryer set, shaking the basket several times during the cooking process.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
