Description

Air Fryer Honey-Garlic Chicken Thighs -- An air fryer is a great tool for healthily cooking meals. This particular recipe uses honey and garlic to create the most amazing flavor in your mouth. It's so simple to make and can be served with rice or vegetables for an easy meal any day of the week!

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Layout your chicken, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Then place the chicken in a Ziploc bag, and add the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, minced garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.  For best results, place it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
  • Set in the air fryer oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, after 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature. Before serving, you are looking for an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
