2 Ingredient Air Fryer Pizza-I love this pizza my son and I made for his lunch today, made with the Weight Watcher Famous Dough of Greek Yogurt and Self Rising Flour we piled on the pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. It makes for a simple homemade air fryer pizza.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Assorted pizza toppings

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. The dough should be of a consistency that stays together. Use your own judgment if you need to add more flour or yogurt to make it hold.
  • Roll out the dough (the dough should be enough for two pizzas) on a floured surface.
  • Place the parchment paper into the air fryer basket, and then place the dough on top of the parchment paper. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 10 minutes. Flip the dough about 1/2 way done, so both sides cook evenly.
  • Then remove the dough and place the sauce on top, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. Place back into the air fryer for another 5-6 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
