There is nothing better than a batch of Homemade Air Fryer Poppy Seed Bagels. Made with a few ingredients and they are Weight Watcher's Friendly!
Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1/2tablespoonbaking powder
1teaspoonkosher salt
1cupGreek Yogurt, non-fat
1largeegg
Instructions
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek Yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.
Fold in the poppy seeds. Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized balls. Shape them into bagels.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg and then brush it on top of the bagel. Set the bagel into the Air Fryer Basket for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
