Description

There is nothing better than a batch of Homemade Air Fryer Poppy Seed Bagels. Made with a few ingredients and they are Weight Watcher's Friendly!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, non-fat
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek Yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Mix until the dough comes together. 
  • Fold in the poppy seeds. Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized balls. Shape them into bagels. 
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg and then brush it on top of the bagel. Set the bagel into the Air Fryer Basket for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
