Description

Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Brownies are amazing! If you love brownies, you will so love this recipe, it's so easy, and they are delicious!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, add the butter, sugar, and water, simmer until simmering, then mix in the chocolate chips, stir under the chocolate chips are melted.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • In another large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Then mix the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture.
  • Spray your brownie pan with olive oil.
  • Spread your batter into the prepared pan
  • Air Fryer at 320 degrees F, for 25-30 minutes (air fryer setting)
  • Let cool before cutting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
