Description

Air Fryer Grilled Watermelon -- If you want to go for a quick, healthy snack that is easy to make and tastes like summer all year round, then this recipe is perfect for you!

Ingredients 

  • 1 watermelon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons mint, leaves

Instructions

  • Start by slicing up the watermelon and placing it on the air fryer tray or in the basket.
  • Then in a small bowl, mix the lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
  • Brush the lime, olive oil, and salt mixture on the watermelon with a pastry brush.
  • Set the tray or the basket in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes. About halfway through, flip the watermelon and brush some more of the lime, salt, and olive oil mixture over the watermelon.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
