Description

Blackstone Griddle Pancakes are amazing! They are quick; they are perfectly made. If you love diner pancakes, you will so love these.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then mix in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • The key to cooking pancakes perfectly on the Blackstone Griddle is to preheat your griddle on medium heat. Then once the griddle is hot, add some vegetable oil on top. Once the oil is hot, add your pancake batter to the griddle.
  • Once bubbles start to form, flip your pancakes. Remove your pancakes when both sides are done.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Have your toppings ready before you make your pancakes. Fresh pancakes are always best!
  • Let your batter rest for a few minutes before making your Blackstone pancakes. This will yield the fluffiest pancakes!
  • Be sure to grease the Blackstone before cooking and, if needed, reapply a light coat of oil between batches.
  • When you see tiny bubbles form on the pancake batter, they're probably ready to flip! Lift an edge to be sure the bottom is golden brown and then flip.
