Air Fryer-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices cooked bacon

  1. Start by cutting the Brussels sprouts in half.

  2. As you cut them, place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Mix in the olive oil, salt, and pepper, mix well, so all of the Brussels sprouts are coated.

  4. Place them in your air fryer basket, and set the time for 8 minutes at 390 degrees F.

Check the Brussels sprouts after the time is up. See if they are nice and caramelized, if not add about 3 minutes.

Note: The exact time is going to depend on how you like Brussels sprouts. I like mine nice and charred.

  5. Pour the Brussels sprouts into a bowl, and crumble the cooked bacon on top.
