This healthy apple crisp is incredibly easy to make and oh-so scrumptious! Perfect as a weeknight dessert or for those times when you are craving something light and comforting.
Ingredients
2mediumapples, peeled and chopped
1tablespoonground cinnamon
1tablespoonlemon juice
1/4cupold-fashioned oats
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
5tablespoonsbrown sugar
2tablespoonsbutter, unsalted
Instructions
In a bowl combine the apples, cinnamon, lemon juice and 3 Tbsp brown sugar.
Scoop into ramekins until ¾ full. Set aside.
In a separate bowl combine the oats, flour and the remaining brown sugar. Addthe butter and work it into the flour until it resembles coarse sand
Top the apple with the crumble and take to the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
