Description

This healthy apple crisp is incredibly easy to make and oh-so scrumptious! Perfect as a weeknight dessert or for those times when you are craving something light and comforting.

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the apples, cinnamon, lemon juice and 3 Tbsp brown sugar.
  • Scoop into ramekins until ¾ full. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl combine the oats, flour and the remaining brown sugar. Addthe butter and work it into the flour until it resembles coarse sand
  • Top the apple with the crumble and take to the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
