Ingredients 

  • 6-8 Hatch Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • You can cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs, or roast them. Next, place the peppers skin-side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and flip the peppers over so they are skin-side down—Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and blackened. Finally, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy!
