How To Make Eggs Benedict In the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 piece Canadian Bacon or bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 English Muffin

Hollandaise Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your ingredients:

    1. Cut your Candian Bacon out with a biscuit or cookie cutter

    2. Spray your ramekin with non-stick cooking spray, and then crack an egg into the ramekin.

  2. Then place them both in your Air Fryer, for 320 degrees F, for 3 minutes. Then check on them, and flip on the bacon. If your egg is done, remove it. Otherwise, set it for another 3 minutes.

  3. After the egg and bacon are done, remove it, and place your English Muffin in the Air Fryer.

Set the temperature to 365 F, for 3 minutes. Remove your English muffin.

To Make the Sauce:

  1. Start by adding the egg yolks, lemon juice and melted butter in a blender. Mix until well combined.

You want the mixture to expand in size.

There are mixed opinions if you should heat it up or not. I did not, but check your food safety warnings about eating raw eggs.

  2. Then plate

English Muffin on the bottom, then the piece of Canadian Bacon, and then the baked egg on top, and then I poured the sauce over it.

Garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
