Air Fryer Turkey Tenderloin -- What's a holiday without turkey? But the thought of making a whole turkey is daunting. This year, try air-frying your tenderloin instead. You'll have tender meat with crispy skin that will remind you of Thanksgiving dinner but won't take up all day to cook!
Ingredients
1.5poundturkey tenderloin, raw and thawed
2tablespoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoonground sage
1/2teaspoondried rosemary
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoondried parsley
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonground black peppercorn
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Meanwhile, prepare an air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper.
Add seasonings to a small bowl and mix until combined.
Coat tenderloins in olive oil.
Rub spice mixture over entire tenderloins.
Place in the air fryer basket, then cook for 28-30 minutes, flipping halfway through –cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Allow tenderloin to rest for a few minutes before cutting and servings.
