Description

Summer is in full swing and what better way to enjoy the dog days than with a delicious peach cobbler. But who wants to make a big cobbler for just themselves? Enter the air fryer! This little appliance can cook up a single-serving cobbler in no time. So gather your peaches and let's get started!

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 ounces peaches, canned, drained

Optional: Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream

    Instructions

    • Start by adding the melted butter and ground cinnamon to the bottom of your ramekins. (use 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon per ramekin)
    • Then in a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder.
    • Pour over the butter and ground cinnamon, 1/2 in each ramekin
    • Drain your peaches very well, and then place them on top of the cobbler batter, only fill until about 2/3 the way of the ramekin, as the batter will expand as it cooks.
    • Set the ramekins into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
    • Cool slightly before serving.
    • Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
