Summer is in full swing and what better way to enjoy the dog days than with a delicious peach cobbler. But who wants to make a big cobbler for just themselves? Enter the air fryer! This little appliance can cook up a single-serving cobbler in no time. So gather your peaches and let's get started!
Ingredients
4tablespoonsbutter, melted
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupmilk
1teaspoonbaking powder
12ouncespeaches, canned, drained
Optional: Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
Start by adding the melted butter and ground cinnamon to the bottom of your ramekins. (use 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon per ramekin)
Then in a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder.
Pour over the butter and ground cinnamon, 1/2 in each ramekin
Drain your peaches very well, and then place them on top of the cobbler batter, only fill until about 2/3 the way of the ramekin, as the batter will expand as it cooks.
Set the ramekins into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
